Hello

we are breaking our lease sometime in January as we are buying a property.Before I approach the estate agent, I thought I would ask if anyone is intrested in taking over the rental.We live 6km from the city in a lovely area. 3 bedroomed house, which is in the catchment zone for excellent state Primary and Sceondary school.Great transport links into CBD.Please send me a private message if you are intrested
