Hi. I live in Salisbury Heights, approx 10 minutes drive from Lyell McEwin.

If you want to live close by I would suggest Salisbury Heights, Golden Grove, Wynn Vale, Greenwith, Gulfview Heights & Modbury Heights.

Slightly cheaper options are Salisbury East, Para Hills, Craigmoor, Blakeview, Hillbank & Andrews Farm.

If you want to be slightly further North of the hospital and in the country a bit, have a look at Gawler, One Tree Hill & Evanston

I PERSONALLY would not live anywhere starting with Elizabeth, Daveren Park, Smithfield or Munno Para. There are some really nice cheap houses in the above but they are cheap for a reason and the schools are not the best in the area. Lots of people bag the north east but we've got some great suburbs and its close to the Hills and the Barossa Valley.

If you need any more help don't hesitate.

Hi ya we have just come over 2 minths now and live in Golden grove I can confirm all the SM said above about then nicer places to stay. Dont know about the place she said not to go but she knows her stuff:notworthy:.

Only draw back with Gold grove and wynn vale is they dont seem to have very big gardens ours is very small and all the rentals i looked at and there was loads all seemed to have small gardens.

Good luck
