We have a lovely 4 bedroomed house with 2 bathrooms family friendly garden available from 12th February. The lease runs until 1st October 2009 so there will be 8 months left on lease. PM me ad I will send photos.

I now we are to early for you but you never know.

 

It would be good to see some detailed info on a rental property in the Flagstaff Hill area.

The rental is $420 a week payable fortnightly. The bond is $2600. If you are interested let me know as sson as possible as it will be advertised by agents in near future unless I find new tenants to take over the lease.
