Rental becoming available

We are vacating our rental on 9th February for another. It is in Park Holme, just off Marion Road, and very convenient for both the city and the coast.

It is 2 story, 3 bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, with 1 room downstairs comprising kitchen, dining & lounge. It is about 1 year old and quite modern and clean, and the current rent is A$325 a week.

The bus runs from both ends of the road to both the city and Marion shopping centre, and we have a range of shops including a supermarket in Marion Road, about 800 yds away.

I have now advised Landlord we are moving out, and she has said that she is happy for us to arrange to let folks view, when it is convenient for us, and if anybody wishes to take it further they can deal with her.
