I will be in Adelaide from the 20th of Feb to 2nd of March.

(I might even stay longer or for good - visa dependent)

 

Can someone in PIA recommend a B&B or Hotel (must have internet access) in Adelaide?

There is a great little motel on the Glenelg sea side beach area, called the Comfort Inn Haven Marina Motel, close to shops, resturants and cafes and only mintes to the City and beach. Email Shelagh Standbridge at manager@haveninn.com.au.
