We can thoroughly recommend this area as we bought a house a few streets away from this in Rose Park before Xmas. You can even walk into the CBD from here or it's a short bus ride. It's also near The Parade and Burnside Village shopping precincts. Great for bike rides and visiting little cafes that have taken over the old corner shops.

Most facilities just a stone's throw away.
