Hi all

We are thinking our putting the house up for auction, to see if we can get a quick sale. Did anyone else do this or think about doing it?

Any advice/help appreciated

Many thanks (as usual) Lisa

we did think about it, but decided on just dropping the price further, if the house doesnt sale or reach its researve price, you still have to pay auction costs, depends on how urgently you need to sale, i'm assuming you are still in the uk!! quite a few houses seem to be sellin, (not ours though lol) hence why we dropped the price again today, (fingers crossed)

good luck to anyone whose sellin

I found out it costs £650+VAT to putit into auction in North Eastand you dont get it back if you dont sell. I have also been told after asking for advice that we wont get anywhere near what we want.

I am now thinking of reducing ours again (3rd time!) just to get rid of it:mad:
