Homemade sausage rolls

Ok this is kind of cheating, so feel free to suggest other recipes, but here's a cheap n easy one:

sausages
puff pastry

1/2 cook sausages under grill. in the meantime, defrost puff pastry (1 sheet per 2 snags). roll snags in sausage rolls and bake on 220 until pastry golden and puffy.

Hmmm....pigs in blankets are (brekkie) sausage links rolled in pancakes where I'm from:) That would not fly here though as no one likes to mix their sweet & savoury;)
