      Moroccan Camel

Had a lovely meal last night, our good friend Andrew (thanks) gave us some backstrap of Camel. Mrs Tyke found a terrific recipe for a Moroccan dish. Slow cooked with loads of herbs and spices. Spicy but not stupidly hot.
The Camel was very tender as it was slow cooked all day.
2 more serves of it frozen down, looking forward to the next lot...

If anyone is interested I'll pinch the recipe.

Have to find some dishes that use Salted Lemons now. A friend gave us a huge jar full of them.:D

We are going to nick my mate's Camel he has in his freezer.

He did not use a slow cooked recipe and did not like it.

Asked Mrs Tyke for the recipe. Turns out she did not use one ,just kind of made it up after trawling through lots online.

Still got the lemons, sure we'll find something for them to do.
