      New wood burning heater.

We've just had a new wood burning heater installed.
It's one that is inserted into a fireplace with glass door and everything.

I'd like to thank and recommend Mike at Knights Heating & Cooling.
He is a very genuine bloke and very patient indeed.
Very happy with his service and value.

Here is his web site..... Knights Heating & Cooling - Air Conditioning, Heating, Wood Combustion Heaters - Adelaide, South Australia

We choose the Regency Berwick model.Canadian built ( they get really cold winters there).

That was very well timed with the cold days and nights now with us. Do you intend to be using it 24 / 7 ? .

We had one of those inset wood-burning fires put into our fireplace at our home in England a few years ago and it was one of the best things we ever did! We really miss not having a fire to watch in the evenings now, somehow reverse cycle air conditioning isn't the same. I'm sure you will really enjoy having it in your house.

It's good to know you can get them here too, for the day we eventually get a place of our own here.

      Great timing indeed.
There was one in when we bought the house but it was well past it's sell by date.

It will be on virtually 24/7 now. It really keeps the house nice and toastie.:):)
You certainly notice when it is not on.

Fortunately we have a fair stash of wood (about 10 ton) from some trees that had died and were cut down at the back of the house.

We were going to use them to fit something a couple of years ago. Thankfully when they came round to do a home inspection of our flew (I think that's what it is called) they realised that there might be a problem and saved us a fortune. Although they weren't able to help us at that time, we appreciated their honesty.
