Impact health club is the place to be .
fully equipped gym large cardio room, squash/racquetball courts, loads of classes including les mills fitness, ZUMBA step, yoga bodypump,body attack, Spin .
With baby room so bring the kids and we take care of them so mums can do classes and children can play.
Very friendly staff.Very Cheap prices and great offers.

Hi - What time is the gym open till of an evening??

Hi It opens at 6 am and closes at 9pm in the week then closes at 1 on sat then 12 on a sunday.
try if ya can to pop in abd see me as you will not be disappointed as it had everything and is such a friendly place.
We also give up to 5 one to one personal training sessions free with membership of 12 months.
