I asked Tim to create a sort of notice board for recommendations. The aim of this is not to post or reply unless you want to echo the comment or add more detail. There should be quite a bit of info here over the next year or so, I hope.

There are several people coming for reccies over the coming months who are wanting to plan trips and for those who have just arrived permanently, I thought it might be useful to have a quick place to go to see if anyone has already said anything about the places you spot or can advise on where to go.

Great Idea Libby,

I could still do with a lot of this information, since we haven't been here long, although I am getting help from others on this site and through family, it would be good just to have a quick look to see if there is anything of interest.

I will keep checking this with interest x
