I use Avast on my 64bit vista ultimate and my 64bit Windows xp machines with no problems
Thankyou for the advise. Have now got rid of Norton and installed Avast. Cant believe how much computer has speeded up.

I can strongly recommend to get a Mac and you don't have so much agro with virus attacks and a PC that is slowing down day by day.
I think you will find that with macs becoming more and more popular they will start having more hackers writing viruses for then Linux is the way
