Break lease rental Morphettville townhouse

Hi,

 

We are breaking our lease by around 2 weeks early. The house will be available from the 22nd May. Close to Glenelg, tram line, Marion shopping etc

 

It is a 2 bed townhouse, in a quite dead-ended street just off Morphett Rd. Has gated front yard with open sided garage, a small rear yard etc. Currently we pay $310 a week rent and i have no idea if the landlord/agent will increase for any new tenant. We have been in in the house 4 years and enjoyed it.

 

It is rented through Phil McMahon Glenelg... The open is on Monday 28th April 5pm-5.15pm
