Main House:

 

• Fully equipped kitchen, with limited supply of tea, coffee etc.
  
• Bedroom 1: Queen Sized Bed, with built in robes, ducted air-conditioning, with ceiling fan.
  
• Bedroom 2: Double Bed & Single Bed, with built in robes, ducted air-conditioning
  (Cot and high chair/toys available on request).
  
• Lounge Dinning area with 2 leather couches and 6 place table and chairs.
  
• Flat screen TV and DVD player.
  
• Gas Heater in lounge room, which carries through to whole house.
  
• Ducted air conditioning to all main areas including bedrooms.
  
• Guest provided with quality linen.
  
• Guest provided with books, board games, and DVD’s.
  
• Fully operational radiogram with vinyl records provided; for that trip down memory lane.
  
• Undercover Parking.
  
• Generous provisions for breakfast are left in house for first morning and complimentary bubbles!
  

Outside Granny Flat / Rumpus Room:

 

• 1 Bedroom with Queen size bed, with built in robe (bedding configuration can be changed).
  
• Toilet and Shower Room.
  
• Laundry Room with washing machine and tumble dryer and outside drying line.
  
• Main living area with couches, and flat screen TV.
  
• Outdoor area under main roof with garden furniture provided.
  
• Gas BBQ and separate charcoal weber.
  
• Out door shower with hot and cold water after a visit to beach.
  

 

LOCALITY:

Approx. 45 kilometres south of Adelaide City. Ten minutes from McLaren Vale wine district or the historic town of Willunga. Drive to Victor Harbor or Kangaroo Island. Enjoy the immediate surrounding sea and scrub, car access is possible right onto the beach and there is a car free area also provided. Walk to local restaurants.

 

The Aldinga Scrub Conservation Park is located at the top of Maurice Avenue; enjoy the scenic walking trails which provide fantastic opportunities to enjoy the park's habitat and coastal plant life; look out for the brush-tailed possums, short-beaked echidnas, bats, and geckos that live in the park.

 

 

 

“About Time” is also located one street back from esplanade, approx 450 metre stroll and you will have sand in your toes on the beautiful beach; Dive or snorkel Aldinga Reef Aquatic Reserve or enjoy a horseback ride on our local Silver Sands and Sellicks Beach. Experience the Fleurieu Peninsula in a Bi-plane, airstrip only a short drive away.

 

LINEN:

All homes have doonas with covers, pillows with protectors and mattress protectors are provided. All beds have top and bottom sheets. Limited supply of quality bath, beach towels and tea towels are provided.

 

CLEANING:

The property is to be left in a high standard as found. If not and cleaning is needed, it will be at your own cost. Otherwise cleaners are available as an extra surcharge.

 

CHARGES:

(Bond will apply depending on length of stay - Peak rates may apply)

$490.00 per week with minimum booking of 2 weeks

Discounted to $450.00 per week if stay is over 8 weeks

Airport pickup if needed is included in these rates (4 passengers only)
