Breaking Lease in Hallett Cove

We are breaking our lease in Hallett Cove - Four bedroom, 2 bathroom single storey property with OCEAN VIEWS. Ample parking for four vehicles, large fully enclosed garden. We have been there for nearly 3 years and moving due to work relocation. Pet friendly (we have a golden retriever). Just had brand new boiler fitted and new carpet in main bedroom. We have been paying $465 a week and this includes water bills. Landlords are friendly and have not bothered with inspections while we have been there so you really can make it feel like your own home.
