breaking lease on 3 bed in Hallett cove

we are breaking our lease on our 3 bed rental in Hallett cove, close to schools and parks. Lovely house, only reason we are leaving is because we are buying our own home. We pay $340 a week. Can send more info and pictures if you message me :-)
