Arriving on 2nd December - on lookout for Rental

Hi All, Just returned from a 3 week validation visit (stayed at Tykes place in Woodcroft - would certainly recommend).

We will be requiring a rental (2-4 bedrooms) - preferred locations being coastal to the south of the city though realistically we will consider all options.

Plan to apply for OAA - though this is not guaranteed.

If anyone has/or knows of a rental becoming available - would very much appreciate if you could keep us in mind.

Glad you enjoyed your stay at Tykes place. Bet you were expecting the weather to be a little better!

Keep looking on Realestate.com, as there are new properties coming on there all the time. If you are lucky to get OAA, then take it. Our accommodation at Port Adelaide is fairly basic, but it couldn't be in a better place for the shops and transport. The parks and walks around the port are great too.

Hi Guys, thanks for your encouraging words. Yeah the weather was a bit of a surprise - the wild waves crashing on to the beaches were very akin to the Ayrshire coast we live on.

How are you finding it so far?

would Seacliff be ok ??? My mate is breaking his lease very soon. Its a brand spanking new 3 bed 2 storey with sea views. Security entrance gates. $550 a week.

My friend will be renting her house out around that time, depending on when her new home is built, it's a 4 bed lovely modern home in Hallett Cove, don't know how much but keep your eye out, it will be posted on here nearer the time
