Rentals with Pools

Evening all, can anyone tell me, do rentals often come along with pools? I haven't seen many (if any) up for rent & just wondered if it was because of the water shortage in SA.

There are quite a few with pools I'm sure.
A lot of our friends have rented houses with pools.

I don't think the water shortage has affected much. :D

Some people may not like to rent their property out with a pool due to the maintenance - lack of it it - by the tenant.:o

The night before we have a boozy sendoff for a mate,might as well stay up!

Hiya we are renting a house with a pool we get NO maintenance luckily OH doesn't mind the extra work, about 4 hours a week with ours in winter & double in summer, that is with a pool hoover but we have lots of trees so that means lots of leaves! but if you get a landlord not willing to pay for it & you have never had one before you will need to factor - extra water & a regular pool person about $50 a visit plus chlorine! hope this helps! steph x
