Breaking lease on 4 bed rental Sheidow park

Hiya everyone,

Got a long term rental and my husband has ended up being offered a job a lot further away than expected so we are moving closer to his work asap as he has at least 2 hrs of driving everyday.
The house we are leaving has just been re-listed on realestate.com.au today and it is a fantastic house, wooden floors throughout, lovley nieghbourhood and really friendly neighbours, it is in a small cul-de-sac with 6 houses and most of the houses have kids their ages range from 2-11 years old. The kids love it and would be ideal for us if it was closer to work.
The rent is $315 per week and it's a pretty nice house the kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated but think thats why the price is so low.
And the available date is 30th August.
The open is at 12.30 - 12.45 on Tues 10th august.
