I'm hoping to break my lease on a three bedroom house in Greenwith within the next couple of months. I'd like to relocate to the Semaphore area as my daughter would love to live near the beach again. The house is clean and modern. It has heating and cooling. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. A garage, front and back gardens. The back garden is fully fenced with two doggies doors accessing it. Pets are welcome. There is a good sized pergola in the back garden. The neighbours are very quiet. It is on a no through road so not much passing traffic. Only five minutes to Golden grove dog park for those that are renting with pets. The landlord is excellent, very friendly and easy going. Any problems and he'll do his best to sort it asap.
