      Smile Anyone breaking their lease in a beach suburb or North Adelaide area?

      Hi,
      My lease expires at the end of March and I'm hoping to relocate closer to the beach or to the North Adelaide area. Is there anyone breaking their lease in these areas? The property would need to be pet friendly or at least accomodate outside pets.

      I am breaking the lease in Brooklyn park. Located between the city and beach and ideally close to beach and city.
