      Good real estate agents

      Hi everyone.

Got our visa's sorted out and looking to fly out to Adelaide in September.

Can anyone advise me on a good real estate agent in Ade.

We are looking for a minimum 6 months furnished rental in North Ade.

And can anyone tell me what the average rent for a 2 bedroom furnished property would be.

      Thanks all.

      Gordy

      Suggest you use http://www.realestate.com.au/rent

Put in the areas you are interested in and away you go.

I don't think there are that many furnished rentals around but someone might say otherwise.

As for average rent you can get a good idea from the website what is available and the ballpark.

Your best bet is have a general look on the web/google- for places to rent in your chosen area, have alook at realestate.com that sort of thing ,then go through the homes and write down who the estate agents are then go from there-Theres a quite a few to choose from

Cost well that depends on exactly what your requirements are-how close to the city/beach , how far are you willing to commute, are you wanting a fancy place theres alot more questions,or tick boxes you need to decide on all that will effect the amount you will pay.

You may find it very hard getting a long term rent as your not here, you will be best getting a short term holiday rent to start with unless you are very lucky or have luck on yourside and make contact with someone who will offer you the longterm. Good luck

      Research is your best bet,

Also try www.domain.com.au which has a search feature you can use - put in the word "furnished" and it does narrow things down a little (although sometimes includes un"furnished" in its results!)

I can only be nice to one person each day....today is NOT your turn...and tomorrow isn't looking too hopeful either.
