My boyfriend and i are looking to break our lease, We have a 3 bed townhouse in aldinga beach, 20 sec walk to the beach!

Hello thank you for replying to my post; I just want to check would June be ok with you; we don't arrive until mid May & we already have short term accommodation booked & paid for one month? If so, could you tell me how far Aldinga is from Adelaide city; for my husband for commuting, what does breaking the lease involve (sorry if this is a stupid question) what would we need to do, can you tell me how much the rent is and finally would you be able to send us photos of the property?

Not a problem, June would be fine.
Aldinga is roughly 45mins to an Hr away. For Jorin and I to break the lease we have to pay an upfront fee and pay for advertisement to find a new person to take over.

However, I am trying to find someone myself so we can pay the fee and recommend some one so we dont have to keep paying rent for weeks untill a new tenant is found!

We pay $300 a week, if you send me your email address I can send a few that I currently have
