Short Term Rental needed in September12

Family of 5 need a 3 bed short term rental for 2 weeks from 22nd sept 2012.

What sort of prices will we be expected to pay?

Any advice/recommendations appreciated.

We are flying the 22nd of April and have a fully furnished rental for 5 weeks in Moana with acacia rentals. We are then planning to get a long term rental in port Noarlunga as would like our son to start school there.

Is the rental dear? Did you have to pay fully upfront?

We paid $500 deposit. Going to pay the rest in March. It's close to the beach also ;-)). We are paying $600 per week and it's fully furnished. There website is acacia rentals.
We are trying to clear our house at the moment as we have sold it and should be completing soon. Going to be moving in with my mum for about 12 weeks!!!

Yes Acacia Rentals are free for September at the moment Paula choice of the 2 houses, 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom rates from $600

Those of us who have been in the business for a while can tell you September is an extremely busy period for short term rentals so I would recommend booking early if your planning to come at that time of the year.
