No where to stay

Hi all we are coming over to validate our visas in March ( Cant really afford to, but still havent sold the house so cant really afford not to) With the pennies being so tight could anyone recommend anywhere nice to stay for 2 adults & 2 children that is not too expensive and still possible at such short notice.
Any advice would be much appreciated

have you tried midway apartments? it's the cheapest place we found - only 1 x bedroom but sofa bed in the living room, close to city centre & beach and about $430 a week if I remember rightly

We stayed in a holiday let by Century 21 when we came over, not sure how much it would be for you as there was 6 of us so needed a bigger house but worth a try if you are struggling to find somewhere!

Not sure if the rules have changed but maybe you could each come over seperately, validate, then get he first flight out again. That way you'd not have to worry about accommodation expenses and there'd be one of you home for the kids as well. Not an ideal solution but it's an option. As long as the primary applicant comes first you should be ok.
