Do rental prices include services?

Hi Lyn,

We have a short term rental and our price inlcudes all utilities, linen & towels and gardener. I think most short term rentals that I know of are the same. Like a previous poster said, there are some that do charge - make sure you read all terms & conditions before deciding on one.

For long term rentals, you will have to set up and pay for gas and electricity,
Depending on the real estate/Landlord you may have to pay for all water usage and supply.
You do not pay, Council rates, Sewerage rates, Emergency services levy. these are all paid by the landlord
