hello everyone this is my first post here have been on pio for the last few months but thought i would join you lot here as we are moving to adelaide - HOPEFULLY VERY SOON!
anyway my question is do you have to live in oz for any length of time b4 being granted a mortgage as i have heard different stories about this - and also when we go for a mortgage what do we need? i mean like paperwork wise if anything

It will depend on a lot of things, what visa type are you? What deposit will you be putting down? Any loans you may still have in the UK, income you are earning etc..
