Can anyone please give me their opinions or pro's and cons of whether to sell up in the uk or rent out our house.
We have dropped 25k don't really have any interest in our house and our thinking we might need to drop another 10, which given our original budget a drop of 35,000 is just too much.

I have enquired about letting it and whilst it will cover the mortgage it will give us bare minimum to take to Australia.

Does anybody have any views?
