3 Bed rental in seaford Rise

My best mate is breaking his long term rental lease in Seaford Rise. He has aked me to put it on here to see if there is any interest as he has to continue to pay the rent until a new tenant is found.
Its a nice 3 bed 2 bathroom property with lovely sea views. He is currently paying $260 a week. If anyone is interested please PM me and i'll pass your deatails on.
He will be vacating the property around the easter weekend.
