Refund on Oz driving licences

Does anyone know if you can get a refund on the years remaining on your Oz driving licence if you are returning to the UK??? Just a thought, would be nice to get some money back from them for something!!!

You have to pay for everything here!!! Hence trying to recoup money from them before we go back!!!

how much do you have to pay for them and is it a one of payment

I think we paid $150 for a five year licence, you can choose which you would like, I think it is 1, 5 and 10 years, I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong. I can just remember being shell shocked at the $300 dollar bill for myself and husband to get them! That is a standard licence as well, you can only drive a car, any other category, minibuses, vans etc you pay extra for. Things they don't tell you on Wanted Down Under!!!
