      Urgent help needed!!!

I have to return to the UK suddenly because my husband lost his job and though I am British, he is Indian and we have never lived in the UK together before. Being that once they cancel our work visas we will only have 28 days to leave the country, we need to get our heads around UK visa application for him and therefore want to consult a Migration Agent in Adelaide that specialises in UK migration rather than the usual type which is Australian Migration only... the yellowpages has no ads for anything other than Agents for Australian Migration... can anyone help or push me in the right direction?

We want to stay in AUS, but it took us 3 years to get here... I have so much to deal with and it's all chicken and egg... do we try and look for a job and have no time to wind down or to put enough attention on the visa application for UK or do I move out of my expensive rental house to conserve funds but where do I go without signing a lease and that will save me money and give me phone and net access? Do I liquidate everything now and risk losing hand over fist both the money spent and time put into furnishings and getting set up here (we've only been in 14 months!), or do I risk leave the furniture til the last minute, knowing I may leave it too late and get no return on it, or may have no time left to even sell it off cheap?

Anyway.. no doubt a picture will emerge bit by bitm but if anyone has suggestions of UK migration agent it would be so much appreciated...

      thanks for your kind attention,

      Rachel

      Hi Rachel

Try Go Matilda - google them on website. They have been fantastic dealing with us trying to get our Visa to Australia, Marina Towner is our agent. I am sure if she can't help you then she can point you in the right direction.

Try not to panic, it will all come together in the end

      Hi,
make sure you have all the documents you can get to prove you are living as a couple, i'm sure you needed this for the Aus visa so I hope you kept it, my Chinese wife was refused a UK visa by the UK embassy in China (foreign office) after we got married in China, once it was refused with me in the UK and my wife in China it became a home office matter, a 6 month wait for an appeal to a judge and we ended up apart for the first 8 months of our mariage. Make sure you get it right first time when you apply for his UK visa! good luck:)

thanks for taking the time to reply, but you have all given me contacts for agents who deal with Australian migration and not an agent who is based in Adelaide who deals with migration to the UK... it is this that i need....

Well that about sums up the uk. Apply legally to live in the good old u.k with your English husband...get turned down!!!!
Shall I go on..or can you see where I am going with this!!!!!!!
Alan Collett at Go matilda is based in Melbourne. Give him a ring.He normally returns your e-mails or calls within a few hours. You never know he may be able to help. If he can't..he'll know a man who can. I am sure of that.
There is also a big section on returning to the uk on british expats- where there is more chance of someone in the same position as you..being able to help.
      Wishing you every luck
      Nick

I think they have given you these contacts to aid the stay in Aus, which i think was part of your question.

I think theres an agent on Portrush road, or lower portrush road, Google must throw something up, theres a few adverts in the tiser regarding teachers required in the UK, they must know a thing or two.

Or try an Indian migration agent to the UK.

We would recommend Access Migration, UK and Brisbane based, they are excellent
