I'm renovating a house and need full glass wooden exterior patio/bifold doors, skylights, internal opaque glass doors and glass or full wood bifold doors, reverse cycle ceiling fans, 2 aluminium step ladders, everything for a bathroom and cream/white carpet and underlay for a room 6.4m x4.2m. Also insulation and plasterboard as we're building in the carport.

Have you tried Bunning? Your get most of that stuff there, but DIY isn't cheap here xx
