Hi all, reluctantly we are having to sell up to find something a bit cheaper so we have some disposable income for a change.

 

So this is just a heads-up that we are putting our lovely 4-bed, 2 bath(one plus ens), three living areas house on the market, its in Stonyfell, quiety and leafy eastern suburbs/foothills, big gardens front and back, big kitchen, revese cycle plus woodburner, double access from two streets (very rare apparently!), koalas and wildlife. The house doesn't need anything doing, neutral colours. We're around the $800 000 bracket but we haven't appointed an agent yet, or got photos. Not yet, but happy to take PMs from interested people.
