Anyone hired exercise equipment?

I'm looking into hiring a treadmill. Has anyone hired exercie equipment from maybe RentLo or Befit?

 

Any recommendations or pitfalls I should be aware of?

I did look into renting and/or buying a treadmill recently my OH not happy as was convinced it would be just a fad and end up in the shed so he insisted I have a look at 2nd hand - I did this and found a nearly new Cardiotech model for a fraction of the price - maybe look at buying 2nd hand first.......

Rented a treadmill from a place at Holden Hill for a month - was well worth it as we realised that we really didn't use it very much at all, so saved buying one and using it as a clothes horse!

 

Definitely rent one before you buy, just to see - small price to pay if it saves money in the long run I reckon!! (tee hee - get it? long run? I'll get my coat....!!)
