Got Rental but container delayed!! Any ideas??

Hi We finally found a rental and are moving in on the 14th Jan but have been told our container has been delayed and they cant deliver now until the 19th Jan!!! So we are off to the shops at the weekend to get the essentials but wondered if anyone has noticed any blow up beds on sale anywhere? We are a family of 3 so a double and a single would be good. Also a small fridge. I know i can get cheap kettle and toaster at big w and cutlery etc etc ....oh nearly forgot we need something to sit on too....any suggestions appreciated and i know we could sit on the floor but 5 days and nights is a bit too long to do that!! Any ideas where is best for cheap quilts and pillows too??? Thanks

Try renti for. Week.... Rentlo or similar.. Or BCF then Atleast ou have some camping gear...

k mart is one of cheapest places for most stuff. but your best bet is to try gumtree website. we furnished a whole house from there for $200 until we could afford furniture!! you really wont need duvets at moment, too hot!!. and can use rolled up towels as pillows.... but gumtree is prob your best bet. also people leave stuff on roadside they are throwing out, you may pick up a few chairs etc. hope that helps.

Big W has blow up beds. Target had a picnic set on special last week which included side plates, plates, cups, glasses, bowls in a large container (could double as a basin), foldup chairs from a camping shop/Big W etc. As said too for duvets - a couple of fleecy/polar blankets should suffice - try Harris Scarf (good for pillows etc)

Do you have an outdoor garden table n chair set coming in your container? If not buy one of these, they are inexpensive and then you can move it outside when your furniture arrives.

Thank you all for your replies we have managed to borrow blow up beds camping chairs and cutlery etc so we are all sorted!!

Anything else we will hit big w for at the weekend!!
