Where do I go to get my Aussie driving licence?

Is there anywhere south of the city I can go? If not, what building is it I need? I thought I read somewhere that there's a place on north terrace but can't remember the name of it or anything!!

Also do you have to take proof of address (and if so can it be a PO Box or just residential address?)

Hi Hazel.

Go to any Service SA center to get ut exchanged.

Think you need proof of permenent address don think a PO Box is accepted plus your UK Licence including the paper part.

Then decide how long you want it to run for.

There is Transport SA ( Or the Rego place as it's called here) at Christies Beach.

 

Half way down Beach road as you go down look on your left for a 2 story building with the NAB Bank on the right hand corner.

 

The rego place is to the rear of that building..

 

Proof of permanent address is required.

 

I know some of our guests use our rental addresses but you may need a letter from the landlord if it's short term??
