Shipping a few items

Hi all you very useful people !!!

 

We will only be shipping a few items and it seems it will be a real waste of ordering a container or even half due to the cost. We have found a company called 'Sevenseasworldwide.com' were you can pay for items to be shipped separately - has anyone used this company or know any feedback about them??

I can't help you on that company but I've just had a quote from ALS world movers for 10 boxes (24x18x18) plus two bicycle boxes and that came out at £455 for a door to door service which I didn't think was too bad!

Thanks for post, yes that does sound good. Not sure of the dimensions of the boxes we will be using id best ring hadnt I !! I have put some information on the online quote, but think I better start ringing around ! Did they say what the maximum weight for the boxes was ??

They said no more than 32kg per box. That quote didn't include any insurance and we are going to pack the boxes ourselves but they will collect them and drop them to our Adelaide address (when we get one!!)
