Don't be a plonker like me!! Before the shipping company comes to collect your boxes, pack up the rest of the stuff you plan on taking and weigh it before the boxes go. Our boxes have gone and we did a trial pack at the weekend and are 10kg over, lol! It didn't help that OH is taking 30kg of hand tools - or was because he is going to have to leave a few behind now, lol!!

 

FYI we sent 10 boxes and 2 bicycles with ALS Shipping for £460 plus insurance which was £30 for every £1,000 of cover.
