Rail line from Oaklands>Adelaide disruption?

Hi all

 

I see the Noarlunga (sp?) to Oaklands line is now open.

 

The next stage is to upgrade the line from Oaklands into town.

 

Anyone heard how much disruption it will cause?

Yeah, I suppose.

 

I just got a number off the internet to call and find out....... I don't think it will be the full 6mths line closure, but still - worth checking up on, we're looking at a rental in Seacliff

It's going to be hell and don't believe any different!!

 

Even worse than the first part, as it's much further to go on the buses in much busier traffic.

few hints for them effected going to the city.

Walk across the road and catch a 263, 248, 241, walk down the road to stop 28 and catch a 245.

Go to marrion and get a M44, G10, 263, 248 or W90 DO NOT get the 265 as it takes forever to get into the city.

all roughly take around 40 min to the city and if they have an F on the number they do not pick up from stop 11 to stop 1.
