Manchester to Munich do we stay on plane?

Booked flights- woooo!!

 

Going from Manchester to Munich then on to Singapore then Adelaide!! Just wondered do we stay on plane when at Munich? Only there for 1 hour 10 and its same plane/flight number so not sure if we will need to get off or not? Thanks

Would assume so. That's the reason we flew from Heathrow with Singapore Airways - having kids we wanted to minimise the amount of time we were stuck on a plane! Also meant we could fly all the way on the A380 (we were in Melbourne for a month before coming to Adelaide)

Hi,

My parents flew Manchester to Munich and then Singapore and yes they did get of the plane - had a quick look around the shops and back on.

I did the same journey. had to get of plane walk through the terminal and nearly straight back on again.

I'd expect so. They don't let people remain on the plane when they land to pick up more passengers/refuel. Case of passing through passport check and then into the boarding area and then called to reboard. Even an hour on the ground will see everyone disembark. Can leave hand luggage on the plane, just take your handbag and anything you'll need with you.

we done this flight last dec and had to grt off with all our hand luggage , before you know it they are calling you back on .

We did the same flight just over three weeks ago, and yes you do get off the plane. There was hardly anybody on the flight from Manchester to Munich, hubby had full row to himself, then the flight picked up loads in Munich. You'll take all your hand luggage off the plane with you. Hope this helps.
