Removals van and man for a day

Hi just enquiring at this stage to see if anyone knows anyone who had a van and might be able to assist for a day as we move house and how much it would cost?

Might be handy if you state which area you are in, and someone can reccomend a man who can!! I did see someone advertise on fb garage sale, a while back.
