Hi, does anyone know the regulations, how strict import officials are on DVDs? Our shipping company come Thursday & Friday this week, we are bundling all our DVDs together, we have a few that are copied onto writeable discs is that going to cause any problems?

How many are you talking about?, we had a few DVDs, cd rom,and a few on writable discs too, our CDs got packed up with our cd cabinet,all drawers full of them, we also stored DVDs cd roms in a storage wallet that was also in the storage unit. that came over with our container.

Saying that we did have a clear out and got rid of loads of the ones that we had been given by other people too.

Thats cool cheers for that mate. We are doing exactly the same had to be ruthless getting rid. Of some just a wallet full we really would like to keep hold of for now, didn't know if they would be likely to confiscate them or worse fine us as there not ' official copies'

As long as you don't have anything dodgy in your container, or personal belongings that you are trying to hide you should just sail through it so to speak, your packers will have told you things you can not take or pack eg fire arms, food,booze certain types of wooden furniture,

i am sure your going to be ok,
