OUCH!! Mold and mildew found in my shipped car!!!

Just got a message from my shipping agent that molds and mildews were found inside the interior of my car,AQIS inspection is for next week . Any ideas?

No, sorry - are you over here btw? As I am sure if you gave AQIS a call or dropped in, they could advise? Did the shipping company give any indication either? We found Pickfords knew the procedures really well.....

Would say at least 500 dollars but I really don't know.

I thought AQIS would find this stuff not the shipping company. Someone winding you up? ;-)

Ask for some evidence? Unless you left the inside wet having had it washed/steam cleaned it would be very unlikely for the interior of a car to go mouldy especially when you consider how hot it would get inside the container whilst traversing the tropics!
