Interstate Removals

Can anyone recommend a good interstate removal company please? We are leaving Adelaide for Melbourne due to work commitments in the next few weeks and would welcome any feedback anybody has.

We used Wridgways when we moved up to Darwin, we also used them when we moved back to Adelaide, so must have been ok.

You can get a self pack container not sure which companies do this as not done it ourselves but they leave ti with you you fill it over a week/ few days collect it and then do the same other end I believe.

Hi Kate,

We also used Wridgeways when we moved to Adelaide from Melbourne and had no problems with them. They were recommended to us by a colleague at the time, so seem to be pretty well regarded. We did our own packing to keep the costs down and managed to get free boxes out of them.

Thank you for your replies. In talks with Wridgeways now. Also looking at 'backloader' removalists as this seems to keep the costs down too.
