If you booked with a travel agent, talk to them and they should be able to tell you what your options are. If you booked directly with the airline (or on some internet site) you probably have to contact the airline directly.

But as snifter indicated you probably can't change it to an open return (or at least not without paying a very hefty fee) . It is usually possible to change the return date, however there is usually a change fee (the amount for that is listed somewhere in the small print of your flight booking) and you have to pay a fare difference (if the new flight would be more expansive than your current one is). It might be possible to pick a return date until a year after your first flight, though I am not absolutely sure how far in advance Singapore books flights (so they might only do 10 months or so). Anyway be prepared that you might have to give them an exact return flight date.
