hi all.what is a realistic timescale for finding a long term rental from arrival in oz.we need to book a short term furnished rental but not sure for how long.cant book Oaa

as we will be booking flights last minute.hopefully there first week in october.stayed in an appartment there 2 years ago but wasnt impressed so any recommendations appreciated.(also places to steer clear of)
