Need 3/4 bed rental in seaford/norlunga/christies beach in 5-6 months

Hi all,

We are a british family who are renting in Hallett Cove at the moment and are breaking our lease within the next 5-6 months. We have bought a house/land package at Seaford Rise which will not be finished for the next 13 months. We want to move down to the area pretty soon as we want to get our daughter settled in a new school asap. We need to be within walking or bike riding distance of the Noarlung train station as the better half works in the city and we dont want to buy a second car as yet. If anybody has a rental coming up within the Christies beach/Port Norunga/Seaford Meadows area which is in a good family area, preferably a large 3 bed or a 4 bed with a garage and within this time period, please get in touch. We are a trustworthy working family of 3 and would want it for 6-9months.

Also the home we are renting will be available at Hallett cove if there are any interested parties. It has just been renovated and is a 3-1-1, it is right next to the train station (but is quiet) and has lovely views from the decked alfresco eating area in the garden of the park and you can see the sea. It is $350 a week and 5 mins drive from hallett cove east primary, 10 mins walk from the r-12 and 2 mins from hallet cove south primary.
