Im wondering if anybody can offer me any advice. We moved into our Rental in march. Come April we found out our heating/air con wasnt working. cut a long story short after 8 visits from engineers its still not fixed.

Our real Estate agent has turned into a monster and is not very helpful at all.

 

We want to terminate our deal but understand we have to go via tribunal in order to do this. Apparently then we will get compo too.

 

Has anybody done this and is it worth the hassle? How long does the process take?
