887 Visa - What's the update?

1) how long it usually take to allocate a co?

 

People have applied for 887 visa on jan 2013 and still waiting for co .. So its gonna take a while

2) complete character assessment particulars for this applicant

 

overseas police certificate and australian police certificate

 

3) reason on staying in australia

 

just select the closest one to residency..

 

Btw .. You dont have to fill the form 1221 if you have applied online as that is for paper visas

allocated and now reallocated...my ex CO moved to business visa dept

CO was allocated within week..and all required docs were given...nothing outstanding

there is no special doc which he asked me...cox i have already given everything to him...

We have also been 7 months. I called them again the other day and was told they have everything and I just need to wait. I am checking each day, so fingers crossed it can't be long.

I will let everyone know when I hear something.

Wow ... Immi is going on a new record here... 887 visa wait 7 months and counting ....

Checked other forums for 887 visa which dates back to 2009 were once visa was on hold for 4 months but quickly resumed again ...

Thats good. Finally something from them. So basically they cover 1 day of files each day. Snails pace but okay as long as they dont stop. Guys lets put our timelines together here and track if we get the COs allocated. As far as I know Muraliganesh was the earliest amongst the non allocated ones. My time line is 17/02/2013.

So Veer should have already received the CO. Veer if you are reading this can you please confirm?

Also have you guys noticed the "date updated" its not today's date it's a future date i.e. 29/07/2013.
